Top Heavy

Is your organization top-heavy?


Think that might have something to do with why there is so much talk and so little action?

The organizational chart of my company looks like a very steep pyramid, with several smaller pyramids stacked within. If you look at the job titles you will find an almost feudal hierarchy of ranks, each with a more pompous name that the one below. I find all this not only ridiculous but incredibly confusing.
